AMERICAN HONDA RECOGNIZES SHARP DECISIONS INC. AS A TOP SUPPLIER  WITH PREMIER PARTNER AWARD

TORRANCE, Calif., August 22, 2007 – American Honda Motor Co., Inc. President and CEO Tetsuo Iwamura today presented the company’s Premier Partner Award to Sharp Decisions Inc. of El Segundo, Calif. for excellence in IT Consulting Services.  Sharp Decisions Inc. was one of 15 award recipients selected from 60 suppliers nominated by American Honda associates nationwide, and one of five award recipients in the Level 1 category.

SHARP DECISIONS ON WINNING ARMY ITES-2S CONTRACT TEAM

New York, NY. (March 27, 2007) – Sharp Decisions, Inc. – a New York-based Information Technology Consulting services provider  – announced today that it is member of the Multimax ITES Team, which was selected by the U.S. Army for their Information Technology Enterprise Solutions – 2 Services (ITES-2S) program.

ITES is a Performance Based Service Acquisition (PBSA) and is the preferred method of contracting for services and supplies. The contract is managed by the U.S. Army Small Computer Program (ASCP) in coordination with the Army Contracting Agency (ACA), Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center (ITEC4). Through the use of ITES, users have a flexible means of meeting IT needs quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.

The contracts are structured as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts using delivery and tasks orders for acquisition of specified products and services. These contracts are available to the Army, Department of Defense, Foreign Military Sales Program and other Federal agencies.
